FieldScan Privacy Policy

Effective August 5, 2026

This Policy explains how Service Pricer LLC collects and uses information through AMH FieldScan.

Information we collect

We may collect account details, login and security events, company and crew settings, job and ticket information, notes, device and browser data, IP address, usage events, support communications, and billing records.

FieldScan also processes photos and other job-site media submitted by users. That media may incidentally show people, addresses, license plates, property interiors, equipment, documents, or other identifying details. Users should capture only what is needed for the job record.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, receive and store job packets, generate automated scores and summaries, present manager review queues, maintain records, prevent abuse, troubleshoot, provide support, process billing, and comply with law.

AI disclosure

Submitted job information may be processed by artificial intelligence or automated analysis services to produce flags, scores, summaries, or suggestions. These outputs are provided for human review and may be inaccurate. We do not use customer job media to train a generally available model without the account owner's explicit authorization.

Storage, service providers, and transfers

Captured photo drafts may be stored in browser storage on the field device until they are sent successfully or the user clears the draft. Anyone with access to an unlocked device may be able to view locally stored drafts.

FieldScan currently uses Cloudflare infrastructure, including Workers, D1, and R2, and may use contracted infrastructure, email, payment, analytics, security, and AI-processing providers acting on our behalf. Processing may occur in the United States and other locations where those providers operate.

If an account owner enables the client-owned YouTube archive, Google processes authorized videos under the connected Google account. FieldScan requests YouTube upload and read-only metadata access, stores the refresh credential encrypted on the server, and keeps short-lived upload access only in the signed-in browser memory. Videos are created as private and subscriber notifications are disabled. FieldScan will not connect a channel or send video to YouTube without the account owner completing Google OAuth consent.

The account owner can disconnect the channel from FieldScan settings. Disconnecting revokes the stored Google authorization and stops new YouTube uploads; existing videos remain under the owner's YouTube account and can be managed or deleted in YouTube Studio.

Sharing

We share information with authorized account users, providers needed to run the service, professional advisers, and authorities when legally required. We may share information in a business transfer. We do not sell personal information or use customer job media for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

We retain account and job information while needed to provide FieldScan and for legitimate security, backup, dispute, tax, and legal purposes. Retention may vary by account configuration and data type. Deletion requests are subject to applicable law, backup cycles, and records we must retain.

Security

We use access controls, authenticated endpoints, transport encryption, and Cloudflare security services. No storage or transmission system is completely secure. Account owners should use strong credentials, grant minimum necessary access, and avoid unnecessary sensitive data in job media.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting us. Depending on where you live, law may provide additional rights to know, correct, delete, restrict, object, appeal, or receive a portable copy. We may verify identity and authority before acting on a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where applicable.

Children

FieldScan is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit a child's personal information unless it is necessary, lawful, and covered by required permission.

Changes and contact

We may update this Policy and will post the new effective date here. Privacy questions or rights requests: support@artificialmindhive.com.
